TheFarmacyWI.com is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please visit our website or email:  Chat@TheFarmacyWI.com. We will then send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.

• Food and beverages
• Sale items

Shipping and Handling Costs

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate this on your return request. We will ship you the new item once we receive your returned item.
